The Plyometric's Lab Training System is a four-phase program meticulously designed to propel your body to new heights with various plyometric forces, unlocking your untapped athletic potential. The complexity of this program evolves across each phase to ensure smooth transitions into progressively intensified movements.
The program can be completed independently or before your separate workouts.
Within this program, I have adhered to the recommended ground contacts per plyometric session and considered various planes of motion. As a UK Strength and Conditioning Association trainer® (UKSCA®) with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, I bring expertise to guide you through this advanced phase.
EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDED:
- Hurdles
- Plyometric Jump Boxes
- Dumbbells
For those without hurdles, plyometric jump boxes, or dumbbells, improvisation with items like chairs, steps, blocks, cardboard hurdles, backpack weight, etc., is encouraged.
It is recommended to have at least one day of rest between Plyometric's Lab training days.
